Job description:

Develop software and hardware for mass production test of semiconductor products;

Debugging and testing system and synchronous verification on board;

Complete the data collection, analysis and report of product characterization analysis;

Improve the test board and optimize the test procedure, so as to improve the product yield and shorten the test time;

Maintain and upgrade test equipment;

Cooperate with product design, application, quality and other relevant departments.
